We will work on the principle of specificity to train you for the big day! Working on maximizing breathing efficiency, pelvic floor strength & flexibility.

Post-natal core workouts

Teach you about core function – both inner core and outer core. How to properly close diastasis recti, and start to retrain pelvic floor.  As well we discuss functional movement strategies specific to motherhood.
